I can use a computer quite happily, but I haven't got a clue what to do when something goes wrong. Last month, my laptop would not connect to the internet, no matter how I tried. Chris soon sorted it. What I like about Chris is that he does not make me feel like an idiot if it's something simple that I'm doing wrong. He just sorts it with a smile.
