We do not charge for a callout in the Poole area. Outside the Poole area we will quote beforehand.

Home visit to fix problems:  £30 for the 1st hour and then £10 for each subsequent 30 minutes

Remote support session :  £20 for the 1st hour and then £7.50 for each subsequent 30 minutes

Take away PC or Laptop to be fixed in my workshop minimum £40.

(most jobs will cost a maximum of £40) We will always quote beforehand.
