Basically you go to our website and click the remote support tab, then click the Support picture. This then installs a very small program. We will then give you a code to enter. you then click the boxes that you are presented with then both you and us can control your PC . If you get stuck we will talk you through exactly what you need to do.

 (A) Once we have finished or you have chosen to disconnect, no one else can get back into your PC. There are no new programs left installed on your computer and there should be no impact on performance.
